Video games have a habit of taking what’s horrible in real life (war, death, running) and making it fun. On February 25th of next year, SEGA Europe Ltd and Two Point Studios will do the same thing with the health care industry when they release Two Point Hospital on Nintendo Switch.

Originally scheduled for release in late 2019, the full rebuild of the console version unfortunately ran into some delays. So, what will you be getting come February?

At launch, Two Point Hospital on consoles comes with the first two critically acclaimed expansions ‘Bigfoot’ and ‘Pebberley Island’, which gives players a total of 21 regions to explore. To ensure the best gameplay experience across all platforms, Two Point Studios have rebuilt the PC control scheme for console gaming which guarantees smooth play for both on the go and on the couch gaming.

As for the game itself, your tasks are to:

  • Build your unique hospital & design it just as you like! Place decorative objects and improve patient happiness to keep those end of year awards rolling in.
  • Cure a range of highly unusual illnesses, the likes of which you’ve never seen before, including Light-headedness, Premature Mummification and Cubism!
  • Improve your hospital (and cash flow) by training your staff, upgrading machines, and researching new cures to spread your healthcare organization across all of Two Point County.

Although the digital version is not yet listed in the Nintendo eShop, gamers can pre-order the physical edition at www.twopointhospital.com. While there, you can also sign up for Hospital Pass to get more information as it’s released, as well as a free, exclusive, in-game item at launch and other promotions.
